As Y2018 is ending it is also time to wrap up my personal achievements in the field of sports 🙂
Sad but there is nothing to be proud about 😦 I totally abandoned running and my mourning routines. Today I have read trough my old post about 1,5y ago about How I improve my health and got little bit angry of myself. I was doing such a great job back then. Doing Cold showers and Meditations each morning. Then we had some issues at the end of Y2017, but I have restarted the routines at the beginning of this year. Sad that running and mourning routines stooped at August again.
So all in all my running goal was not met for 2nd year in a row 😦
- Run 300 km. (Actual 201 km) – Failed
I have to put myself together in Y2019 and finally reach this goal making my sport and mourning routine habits more consistence as for the 2nd year in a row I get fallback in 2nd half of the year. There is no excuses, I have to be a healthy dad for my daughter. Now i’m responsible not only for myself. I have to be healthy to be in her life for long long time 🙂 I have the tools – Running, Exercise, Cold showers and Meditation. Simple. All I have to do is do it 😀
