Year ago 2021 August dividends were 63€/75$ so YoY change is +35€ or +56%. With eur to usd at paritet currentcy movement actualy got me +12€ of that. On top my REIT recovred + more investment in to and more farmer p2p interest. Love strong double digit YoY growth.
